Public Sector Consulting: Program Management, Process Improvement and Evaluation
For the Defense Health Agency, a newly established federal organization in 2013, SCP gathered requirements to in turn develop execution plans to best position the DHA in its journey to become a highly reliable organization. This effort was required by the Secretary of Defense to improve the Military Health System’s (MHS) access to medical care, quality of health care and to create a culture of safety for the over 9.4M beneficiaries of the MHS’s TRICARE health plan around the world. SCP successfully advised, and continues to support, the organization on the development of resource plans, acquisition management and program evaluation.
In support of the Department of the Army’s exports and cooperation mission, SCP is subcontracting to Censeo Consulting. Together Censeo and SCP will improve procurement processes and make recommendations to improve process cycle time, customer experience, strengthen process enablers and embed efficiency into operations.
Commercial Consulting: Business Process Re-engineering
In partnership with Hilton Associates, SCP documented use case scenarios for over 57 processes for an American multinational banking and financial services holding company. By placing an emphasis on the users’ experience, SCP designed process documentation that identified process efficiencies for the marketing and legal and compliance functions.
SCP served as a consultant and facilitator for a Silicon Valley-based technology company specializing in data and storage networking products. SCP developed prototypes of new processes to support new initiatives identified by the Chief Marketing Officer. SCP designed cross functional integrated processes, templates, tools and taxonomy, developed a governance operating model, and worked with the Business Unit leads to determine customer mobilization strategies and decision rights for the CMO’s teams.
