Meet our founder, Heidi J. Everett

Heidi is an experienced change agent with the ability to effectively link strategy and execution. Her wide range of expertise and unique delivery style allows her to quickly achieve results for clients. Heidi’s nontraditional background has always separated her from the norm: an Air Force veteran (and proud Army Brat/Third Culture Kid!), nonprofit manager, change management consultant and private equity executive. She brings all of these experiences to her engagements and to how she leads Star Cypress Partners. More importantly while she works to grow Star Cypress Partners she is also a wife and mother of two children and one cocker spaniel. Connect with her on LinkedIn

I founded Star Cypress Partners because I wanted to do meaningful, purposeful work. It is important to me to leave a positive mark on something greater than myself. It has always been rewarding to use my talents to empower others, influence teams positively and shape organizations for success. My goals for Star Cypress Partners are to build a company that makes significant and lasting change for the clients it serves and to inspire and support our employees so they are able to grow as professionals and have full lives outside of work.
