Our consultants have had the honor of supporting implementation of the current Administration’s many priorities. From standing up the first ever federal equity commission for USDA to creating pathways to returning citizens for the Department of Labor. Our work at civil agencies reinforces our commitment to workforce development and creating just systems.
As a veteran-owned company, we are also committed to defense health and have supported the Defense Health Agency and the Air Force Medical Service. Most recently we have been advancing the work of two important Acts at the Department of Veterans Affairs: the STRONG Act and the PACT Act. Our management consultants have provided a variety of capabilities to include change management, advisory, data analytics, strategic planning, facilitation, organization assessment and design, and research and project management. We continue to enjoy the opportunity to support meaningful and impactful federal programs through our advisory capabilities and programmatic implementation.
The Support The Resiliency of Our Nation's Great Veterans Act of 2022 or the STRONG Veterans Act was signed into law in December 2022 and addresses mental health care provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The STRONG Veterans Act highlights existing efforts and propels VA to take further action to strengthen mental health and suicide prevention programs. It supports Veterans’ mental health and well-being through increased training, outreach, mental health care delivery and research.
The PACT Act of 2022 is a law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. The full name of the law is The Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act. The PACT Act is perhaps the largest health care and benefit expansion in VA history. This law helps VA provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors —with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve.
